What should a rent invoice include?
Identify the landlord or business, the tenant or payer, the property, the rental period, the amount charged, the invoice and due dates, and the agreed payment instructions. Add any required invoice details that apply to your business. The tenancy or lease remains the source of the contractual rent terms.
Do UK landlords have to issue rent invoices?
There is no single answer for every tenancy, payment frequency and UK jurisdiction. GOV.UK says landlords should keep records of rent received and supporting documents. Section 4 of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1985 also contains rent-book rules for certain weekly residential tenancies in England and Wales. Check the current rules and your tenancy before deciding which record to issue; this page is not legal advice.
Can I schedule a monthly rent invoice?

Does Experi create tenancy or guarantor agreements?
No. A rent invoice records a charge; it does not create or amend a tenancy, lease or guarantee. Use an appropriate legal or property-management service for those documents and obtain advice when needed.
