What happens if I cancel my PRO subscription?
You'll revert to the Free plan at the end of your billing period. You keep all your data, but lose access to PRO features. You can re-upgrade anytime to get them back.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes! If you're not satisfied within the first 14 days, we'll refund you in full, no questions asked.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. We use Stripe for payment processing - the same system used by millions of businesses worldwide. We never see or store your card details.
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Yes, change plans whenever you like from your account settings. Upgrades are instant, downgrades take effect at the end of your billing period.
What happens after my 14-day trial?
Your account moves to the Free plan. Your data and settings are preserved, but automated chasing pauses, recurring invoices stop sending, and you're limited to the Free caps: 5 invoices and 5 quotes (lifetime totals), 3 clients, 3 manual payment reminders (lifetime), GBP only, and no Pro-only features (credit notes, exports, branding, projects, time tracking, and more). Any chase schedules you've set up stay saved — they reactivate the moment you upgrade.
What if I need more than what PRO offers?
