Start with the booked valet
Apply the mobile valeting template, remove work that was not booked and enter your own package prices. Put the vehicle and visit details in Notes; no separate job-card system is required.
Recall your service menu
Save exterior washes, full valets and upholstery cleaning as services in Inventory. These are reusable sales lines and do not deduct stock. Add an agreed extra as its own line instead of hiding it in the package price.
Review at handover
Check the vehicle reference and total with the customer, then email the invoice or issue and print a copy. Record a payment only when it has actually arrived. Save the finished structure as a template for your next visit.
