What to check for this job

A customer books an exterior wash and interior valet at home, then approves upholstery cleaning and a paint-protection add-on. Show the package and each extra separately so the final bill matches the work agreed at the vehicle.

See the mobile valeters workflow in Experi →
  • Vehicle registration, make/model and size
  • Service address and date of the visit
  • Package inclusions and customer-approved extras
  • Any agreed travel charge and payment due date

Watch out: Do not bill the same interior clean both inside a full-valet package and as an extra. Experi is an invoicing tool, not a booking diary or route planner; service lines do not automatically consume cleaning chemicals.

Frequently Asked Questions

What should a mobile valeting invoice include?

Include your business and customer details, an invoice number, supply and invoice dates, the vehicle reference and an itemised description of the valet. Show the agreed package, any approved extras, travel charge, total and payment terms.

Can I use it for car detailing or a full valet?

Yes. Rename the service lines to match your package and add approved detailing work separately. Remove any extra that is already included in the full-valet price. All example prices are removed when you apply the curated template.

Can I save my own valet packages and prices?

Yes. Save a reviewed invoice as your own template, or add packages as services in Inventory. Saved templates retain your prices and reusable text but never copy the client, invoice number, dates or send status.

Will a valet invoice deduct cleaning products automatically?

No. Service lines do not reduce stock or consume a recipe of chemicals. Only explicitly linked stock items are deducted when the invoice is first issued. Inventory is an operational stock record, not stock accounting.

Can I print a copy for the customer?

Yes. A draft can be printed as a draft copy, or you can choose Issue & print to issue it for physical handover without emailing. Already issued invoices can be printed again without changing their status.
