Using the Time Tracker

Accurate time tracking is the foundation of fair billing.

Live Timer

  1. Click Start Timer
  2. Select client and project
  3. Add task description
  4. Timer runs in background

Manual Time Entry

For work already completed:

  1. Click Add Manual Entry
  2. Fill in date, start/end time
  3. Add description
  4. Save

Best Practices

  • Track time daily
  • Use descriptive notes
  • Invoice regularly
  • Review before sending
