Creating a Project

  1. Go to Projects > New Project
  2. Fill in details:
    • Project name
    • Client
    • Start date
    • End date (optional)
    • Budget (optional)
    • Hourly rate

Project Dashboard

Each project shows:

  • Total time tracked
  • Budget used/remaining
  • Team members
  • Recent activity
  • Invoices generated

Project Status

  • Active: Currently working on
  • On Hold: Paused temporarily
  • Completed: Work finished
  • Archived: Old project, hidden from lists
