PRO Teams feature - Work together on projects.

Adding Team Members

  1. Open project
  2. Click Team Members
  3. Add team members
  4. Set their role

Team Member Roles

  • Owner: Full control
  • Member: Track time, view
  • Viewer: View only

Team Time Tracking

All team members can:

  • Track time on project
  • See project budget
  • View team activity
  • Add notes and updates

Team Dashboard

Project owner sees:

  • All team member time
  • Individual contributions
  • Team totals
  • Activity feed

Invoicing Team Work

When generating invoice from project:

  • All team time included
  • Breakdown by person (optional)
  • Combined or separate rates
