Frequently Asked Questions

Will the template deduct the booking deposit automatically?

No. Review earlier invoices and recorded payments and use the appropriate invoice workflow before issuing the final balance. Applying a template only supplies reusable line items and text; it does not allocate deposits.

Can I change this wedding photography template?

Yes. Apply it to a new invoice, remove irrelevant lines and enter your own quantities and prices. Curated prices are blank in the app. Review the job-specific notes before sending or printing.

Can I save my own prices and service descriptions?

Yes. Save a reviewed invoice as a template or keep repeat products and services in Inventory. Saved templates retain your reusable prices and text, never the customer, invoice number, dates or send status.
