How to upgrade your account and what happens when you do.

Upgrading to PRO

Unlock all features with PRO.

How to Upgrade

  1. Click Upgrade to PRO (top banner)
  2. Or go to Settings > Billing
  3. Click Upgrade Now
  4. Enter payment details
  5. Confirm subscription

Payment

  • £9 per month, billed monthly
  • Secure payment via Stripe
  • Cancel anytime
  • Prorated if changing plans

What Happens

Immediately after upgrading:

✅ All PRO features unlocked
✅ Invoice limit removed
✅ Can send agreements
✅ Can set up recurring invoices
✅ Custom branding available

No Data Loss

All your existing data remains:

  • Clients
  • Projects
  • Time entries
  • Invoices
  • Quotes

Billing Date

You're billed monthly from upgrade date:

  • Upgrade on 15th = billed on 15th each month
  • Prorated if downgrading mid-cycle
