Your data is automatically backed up and protected.

Automatic Backups

We backup your data:

  • Frequency: Every 24 hours
  • Retention: 30 days of backups
  • Storage: Secure, encrypted storage
  • Location: Multiple data centers

What's Backed Up

All your business data:

  • Clients and contacts
  • Invoices and quotes
  • Time tracking
  • Projects
  • Service agreements
  • Settings and preferences

Exporting Your Data

Create your own backup:

  1. Go to Settings > Data Export
  2. Click Export All Data
  3. Receive email when ready
  4. Download ZIP file

Export Format

Data exported as:

  • JSON format
  • CSV files
  • PDF documents
  • Human-readable

Recovery Scenarios

Accidentally Deleted

Contact support within 30 days to restore:

  • Deleted invoices
  • Deleted clients
  • Deleted projects

Account Issues

If locked out, we can:

  • Verify your identity
  • Reset password
  • Restore access
  • Recover data

Data Corruption

In rare cases of corruption:

  • We restore from backups
  • Minimal data loss (max 24 hours)
  • Automatic notification
