Protect your business data with strong security.

Strong Passwords

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 characters (12+ recommended)
  • Mix of uppercase and lowercase
  • Include numbers and symbols
  • Unique to Experi

Don't

❌ Use same password across sites
❌ Use personal info (birthday, name)
❌ Share your password
❌ Write it down insecurely

Do

✅ Use a password manager
✅ Enable 2FA
✅ Change password regularly
✅ Use unique passwords

Two-Factor Authentication

Add second layer of security:

  1. Enable in Settings > Security
  2. Use authenticator app
  3. Save backup codes
  4. Required on every login

Session Management

  • Auto-logout after 30 days inactivity
  • Can log out all devices
  • See active sessions in Settings

Email Security

  • Verify your email address
  • Use business email, not personal
  • Watch for phishing emails
  • Check sender carefully

Data Access

  • Don't share login credentials
  • Use Teams for multi-user access
  • Review access permissions regularly
  • Remove old team members

Suspicious Activity

If you notice unusual activity:

  1. Change password immediately
  2. Log out all sessions
  3. Enable 2FA if not already
  4. Contact support
