What to check for this job

A garden refresh includes preparation, planting and clearing the site. Separate the physical materials from time on site, especially when the client has approved additions after the original quote.

See the landscapers workflow in Experi →
  • Garden or site address and visit dates
  • Area, hours or fixed job quantity
  • Plants and materials supplied
  • Agreed waste-removal or delivery charges

Watch out: A maintenance invoice should not imply that an entire landscaping project is complete. Only charge waste removal or extra materials where they were agreed.
