Products and Services Ready for Every Invoice
Save the labour, services and parts you use repeatedly. Recall them by name or SKU, keep a simple operational stock ledger, and issue by email or print without deducting twice.
Start Building Your InventoryFaster Invoices, With Stock Connected to the Issue Point
Inventory is optional and sits beside the existing line-item workflow. Saved descriptions, units and prices make repeat invoices quicker, while linked stock movements create a practical shelf-level record without pretending to be stock accounting.
Key Benefits
Recall Repeat Work
Find products and services by name or SKU, select several items, set quantities and add them to an invoice without retyping each line.
Keep Historical Invoices Stable
Invoices keep snapshots of the description, unit and price used at the time. Editing or archiving an inventory item never rewrites old documents.
Post Stock Once
Stock products update only when a draft is first issued. Services do not affect quantity, and retries, resends and repeat prints cannot deduct twice.
How It Works
Save a Product or Service
Add its sales description, unit and price. Stock products can also carry a SKU, default cost, opening quantity and low-stock threshold.
Recall It on an Invoice
Use Add from inventory beside the normal line-item action. Search, select multiple items and adjust quantities before inserting them.
Review the Stock Preflight
Before issue, Experi checks linked stock on the server and warns if a quantity will go negative. You can confirm and continue when the physical work is already complete.
Issue by Email or Print
The first successful issue posts one immutable movement per linked stock line. Record later receipts, adjustments or customer returns with a reason and reference.

View Pricing DetailsFrequently Asked Questions
Is this an accounting inventory valuation?
No. It is an operational quantity ledger for invoicing and shelf-level decisions. Estimated stock value is quantity on hand multiplied by default cost and is labelled as an operational estimate, not an accounting valuation or COGS journal.
Do services reduce stock?
No. Services can be saved and recalled with their descriptions, units and prices, but they never change quantity on hand.
What happens if there is not enough stock?
Experi warns before issue and shows the projected quantity. You can confirm and continue, because urgent invoicing should not be blocked by an operational count that may need a receipt or adjustment.
Does deleting or crediting an invoice automatically put stock back?
No. Silent restocking can create the wrong physical count. Record an explicit customer return or adjustment with a reason and the original invoice reference.
Does issuing a printed invoice update stock?
Yes. Issue and print uses the same first-issue rule as email delivery. A draft print does not change status or stock, and printing an already-issued copy cannot deduct again.
