Email Verification
Email verification confirms access to your account email. It is separate from the account’s email-sending approval, plan limits and workspace permissions.
Verify the intended account
Open the verification email sent to your own sign-in address and follow its link. Never forward that link to another person or publish its token.
If the email is missing, check spam and use Resend verification email on the verification banner or onboarding screen when offered. Contact hello@experi.co.uk if the prompt or account address is not what you expected. Do not repeatedly create accounts or send verification requests.
After verification
Return to Experi and check the signed-in account and workspace. A verified address does not override an email-sending block or grant access to another business. Review any approval message before sending an invoice, quote or agreement.
For account protection, see two-factor authentication.
