How does the 14-day Pro trial work?

Every new Experi account starts with 14 days of Pro access. No payment card is required and starting a trial does not create a paid subscription.

During the trial you can use Pro capabilities, subject to the normal workspace permissions and any staged feature controls.

When the trial ends

  • Upgrade before the end date to keep Pro active.
  • If you do nothing, the workspace moves to the Free plan automatically.
  • You are not charged unless you deliberately start a paid subscription.
  • Existing data remains accessible, but Free limits and Pro feature restrictions apply.

You can end the trial early from Settings → Account & Billing. A trial cannot be restarted after it has ended or been cancelled.
