How Does the Free Trial Work?

The Experi PRO trial gives you 14 days of full access to all premium features - completely free, no credit card required.

What You Get During the Trial

For 14 days, you'll have unlimited access to:

  • Unlimited invoices & clients (no monthly limits)
  • Automated payment chasing (never chase payments manually again)
  • Time & expense tracking (track every billable hour)
  • Recurring invoices (set them up once, forget about them)
  • Projects & unbilled work dashboard (see what's ready to invoice)
  • Custom branding (add your logo and brand colors)
  • Service agreements (send legally-binding contracts with e-signatures)
  • Multi-currency support (invoice in GBP, USD, EUR, and more)
  • Calendar view (visualize all your invoices and quotes)

How to Start Your Trial

  1. Log into your Experi account
  2. Look for the "Start Free Trial" button on your dashboard
  3. Click to activate - that's it!

Your 14-day trial starts immediately. No credit card. No payment details. No catch.

What Happens During the Trial?

  • Day 1: Your trial starts - full PRO access unlocked
  • Day 12: We'll send you a friendly reminder (2 days left)
  • Day 14: Your trial ends

What Happens After the Trial?

You have three options:

Option 1: Upgrade to PRO (£9/month)

Keep all the PRO features. Unlimited invoicing, automated reminders, time tracking - everything you used during your trial.

Option 2: Return to the Free Plan

Still a great option! You'll get:

  • 10 invoices per month (resets on the 1st)
  • 5 clients
  • Unlimited quotes
  • Payment tracking
  • Manual reminders

All your data stays safe. You can upgrade to PRO anytime later.

Option 3: Do Nothing

If you don't upgrade, you'll automatically return to the free plan. No action needed.

Can I Try PRO More Than Once?

The 14-day trial is a one-time offer per account. But if you upgrade to PRO and later cancel, you can always re-subscribe anytime.

Will I Be Charged Automatically?

No. The trial is completely free and doesn't automatically convert to a paid plan. You'll only be charged if you explicitly upgrade to PRO.

Can I Cancel During the Trial?

There's nothing to cancel! The trial ends automatically after 14 days. If you want to keep PRO features, you'll need to upgrade.
