Experi's Free plan is intended for light use. The limits are lifetime totals, not monthly allowances.

Included on Free

  • 5 invoices total
  • 5 quotes total
  • Up to 3 active clients
  • 3 manual payment reminders total
  • GBP invoicing
  • PDF downloads and sending invoices by email
  • Core invoice status and payment tracking

Deleting a record does not restore a lifetime allowance.

Pro-only capabilities

Projects, time tracking, expenses and supplier bills, credit notes, recurring invoices, automated chasing, custom branding, multiple currencies, advanced reports, Email-to-Bill, Other Sales and Financials require Pro or an active Pro trial.

When you reach a limit

Existing records remain available. You will be asked to upgrade before creating another record beyond the relevant limit. Experi does not automatically charge you when a Free limit is reached.

For current pricing, see the Pricing page in Experi. Workspace roles and staged feature availability can also affect which navigation items you see.

Templates, inventory and team access

Invoice templates, product/service inventory and printing are included on Free and Pro. Free invoice allowances still apply. Blank invoices remain the default and stock records are operational, not an accounting valuation.

Team creation and invitations are Pro capabilities. You can still open existing teams and owners can revoke member access after Pro ends. The business owner's plan controls the team's business features; buying Pro on another member's account does not upgrade that business.

Account & Billing manages the signed-in account, not a different team owner's subscription. Ending a trial or cancelling there affects your own account. Experi is not VAT-registered and does not charge VAT.

See workspace switching, invoice templates and member access.
