Experi Pro costs £9 per month.
The subscription is for the Experi workspace and includes the current Pro product capabilities. Financials, Other Sales and Email-to-Bill do not require a separate Experi add-on or a second subscription.
Experi does not change a subscription merely because a feature is enabled for a workspace. You choose a paid plan through the Experi checkout, and subscription management is handled through Stripe's secure billing portal.
Payment-provider processing fees, tax liabilities and fees charged by external services are not part of the Experi subscription price.
Templates, inventory and team access
Invoice templates, product/service inventory and printing are included on Free and Pro. Free invoice allowances still apply. Blank invoices remain the default and stock records are operational, not an accounting valuation.
Team creation and invitations are Pro capabilities. You can still open existing teams and owners can revoke member access after Pro ends. The business owner's plan controls the team's business features; buying Pro on another member's account does not upgrade that business.
Account & Billing manages the signed-in account, not a different team owner's subscription. Ending a trial or cancelling there affects your own account. Experi is not VAT-registered and does not charge VAT.
