Customize Experi to work the way you do.

Personal Information

Update in Settings > Account:

  • Full name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Time zone
  • Language

Password Management

Changing Password

  1. Go to Settings > Security
  2. Click Change Password
  3. Enter current password
  4. Enter new password (min 8 characters)
  5. Confirm new password
  6. Save

Strong Password Tips

  • Mix letters, numbers, symbols
  • At least 12 characters
  • Unique to Experi
  • Use a password manager

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

Add extra security:

  1. Go to Settings > Security
  2. Enable 2FA
  3. Scan QR code with authenticator app
  4. Enter verification code
  5. Save backup codes

Email Preferences

Choose which emails you receive:

  • Invoice notifications
  • Payment received
  • Quote accepted/rejected
  • Project updates
  • Marketing emails

Time Zone

Set your local time zone for:

  • Accurate time tracking
  • Correct invoice dates
  • Proper due dates
  • Team coordination
